Emerging trend of cable theft

Good morning, 

Humberside Police and currently investigating reports cable theft in and around the area of West Butterwick. 

Incidents have typically taken place during the hours of darkness, and suspects have attended at locations where they are seen to remove cables from the road before making good their escape. 

We are increasing our patrols in the area, and ask that if you see anything suspicious, please do not hesitate to contact us.
